We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Custom orders are not eligible for a refund unless flawed. Please note that, on occasion, very small white dots may occur on the print. This is expected for digital printing onto natural fabrics.
We check the fabrics before dispatch, if you received the fabric that is flawed or faulty we will offer you following options: partial refund or a reprint, depending on flaw. With reprinting we reserve the right to request fabric returned (at our cost). These returned prints will be used in the TCS-eco LTD period provisions project.
Designs submitted for printing must be 300 DPI, and most importantly, seamless. Custom Fabric Printing will check prints but the overall responsibility & costs shall be borne by the customer.

If your return is accepted, we’ request you return it via the best priced shipping cost, If a more expensive return is selected the customer will pay the difference. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
